A Sender may demand a refund by simply contacting us and providing their transaction details. The sender may be asked to provide some information for verification purposes.
Note that transactions that have been completed cannot be refunded. We can only contact the beneficiary and ask for a refund. We will not be held liable if the beneficiary does not honor the refund.
MrPayer will not be liable for any refund charges or fees that may occur as a result of the refund process. The refund charges or fees incurred will be borne by the sender.
We also reserve the right to put on hold, refuse, or cancel any transaction we suspect or find to be fraudulent.
